Crestmoor Homes

To the east of Hilltop lies the Crestmoor neighborhood. Within this neighborhood is a 40 acre pocket called Old Crestmoor where winding lanes are enhanced by stately pre-war era homes that look much the same as when they where built. In Old Crestmoor there are no sidewalks or alleys to interrupt the large lots of exquisite landscaping. To the south of Old Crestmoor is the Crestmoor neighborhood of 1950s and 60s ranches and many newer homes, mostly two stories, built in the last ten years. Lots cannot be split in Crestmoor and it is noted for being one of the few areas in the city of Denver with large property lots. 480 homes are set on large lots from 9,000 to 20,000 square feet of land.
